Sales and Delivery Process

Pricing

Prices quoted will hold firm for 3 months from date of quotations.  Prices are quoted CIF to the nearest port facility.

Ordering

Enquiries can be made by telephone, letter, facsimile or email.  A firm quote is then provided and supply processed on receipt of order.

Packaging

The packaging of goods differs with the type of goods and the quantity supplied.   Small orders are secured in cartons.  Larger quantities are shipped on pallets or in containers.

Delivery

Goods are generally despatched within 24 hours of receipt of an order.

Urgent goods can be airfreighted and airfreight rates are available from most airlines operating out of Darwin.

The goods are generally despatched by sea freight from Darwin.  Contract rates have been negotiated to most SE Asian ports.

Freight Requirements

The products do not require any special handling or storage facilities.

Terms of Payment

Payment is generally made through an irrevocable Letter of Credit or Telegraphic transfer of funds prior to despatch.
